About the Restaurant

Kris-Bistro & Wine Lounge is a collective effort between Mr. Alain LeNotre and Chef Kristofer Jakob who envision this restaurant to be a training center for students to build their real time kitchen speed and restaurant organizational skills by allowing them time to practice the cooking techniques they have learned at the Culinary Institute LeNotre under certified Executive Chefs, Kristofer Jakob and Matthew Lynn. Students will also be able to practice their dining room management skills by enabling them to provide you table service and hands on class to review all the financials and operation reports and hands on class to review all the financials and operation reports in hands on learning format by Hussein Haddad.
