The wine menu is heavily French influenced. Most of us here in the States are comfortable with California wines as we find them to be heavily oaked and full bodied, making them wonderful to drink.
Plus let’s face it, the names are much easier to pronounce.
Most French wines are not as heavily Oaked as the Californian selections, therefore the wines we choose are meant to be accompanied by food in harmony.
